Bu gizlilik politikası, Kanguru Yazılım tarafından geliştirilen RemiNote ("Uygulama") mobil uygulamasının kullanıcı verilerini nasıl ele aldığını açıklar. Gizliliğinize önem veriyoruz ve bunu mümkün olan en sade biçimde anlatmak istiyoruz.
RemiNote, oluşturduğunuz tüm verileri yalnızca kendi cihazınızda saklar. Verilerinizi toplamayız, sunucularımıza göndermeyiz, üçüncü taraflarla paylaşmayız ve bunlara erişemeyiz.

Uygulama, verilerinizi tek bir yedek dosyası (ZIP) olarak dışa aktarmanıza olanak tanır. Bu dosya cihazınızda oluşturulur ve yalnızca sizin seçtiğiniz yere (e-posta, bulut depolama vb.) sizin tarafınızdan gönderilir. Bu yedeği biz almayız, görmeyiz veya saklamayız. Yedeğin güvenliği sizin kontrolünüzdedir.
Bu politikanın yayım tarihinde uygulama reklam içermemektedir ve reklam amaçlı veri toplamamaktadır. Gelecekteki bir sürümde Google AdMob aracılığıyla reklam gösterilmesi planlanmaktadır. Reklamlar eklendiğinde, AdMob reklam göstermek ve ölçümlemek amacıyla cihaz tanımlayıcıları (reklam kimliği) ve kullanım verileri toplayabilir. RemiNote yetişkin kullanıcılara yöneliktir ve özellikle çocuklara pazarlanmamaktadır. Bilerek çocuklardan veri toplamayız.
Tüm veriler cihazınızda olduğundan, bir notu silerek veya uygulamayı kaldırarak ilgili verileri tamamen silebilirsiniz. Uygulamanın kaldırılması, cihazdaki uygulama verilerini de siler.
Bu gizlilik politikası zaman zaman güncellenebilir (örneğin reklam özelliği eklendiğinde). Güncellemeler bu sayfada yayımlanır ve "Son güncelleme" tarihi değiştirilir.

This privacy policy explains how RemiNote ("the App"), developed by Kanguru Yazılım, handles user data. We care about your privacy and aim to explain it as plainly as possible.
RemiNote stores all the data you create only on your own device. We do not collect, transmit to our servers, share with third parties, or have any access to your data.
You create the following content, and it is kept solely in your device's local storage:
None of this data is sent over the internet. As the developer, we have no access to it.
The App lets you export your data as a single backup file (ZIP). This file is created on your device and is sent by you only to a destination you choose (email, cloud storage, etc.). We do not receive, see, or store this backup. Its security is under your control.
As of the date of this policy, the App contains no advertising and collects no data for advertising purposes. A future version is planned to show ads via Google AdMob. When ads are added, AdMob may collect device identifiers (advertising ID) and usage data to serve and measure ads. At that point, this privacy policy and the App's data disclosures will be updated accordingly. Information about Google's data practices: https://policies.google.com/privacy
RemiNote is intended for adult users and is not specifically marketed to children. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Because all data is on your device, you can fully delete it by removing a note or uninstalling the App. Uninstalling the App also deletes the app data on the device.
This privacy policy may be updated from time to time (for example, when the advertising feature is added). Updates will be posted on this page and the "Last updated" date will be revised.
